Digital reading packages

AskLeno reading packages are digital services. Questions are added immediately after a successful payment and can be used for individual Lenormand readings.

Refunds

If a payment is duplicated, made in error, or a purchased question was not delivered because of a technical issue, contact us within 14 days at support@askleno.com with the email used at checkout and the date of payment. We will review the request and, where appropriate, issue a refund to the original payment method.

Once a question has been used to begin a reading, it is not refundable except where required by applicable law. This does not limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Timing

Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take 5–10 business days to show the refund.
